First, let me start off by mentioning how easy this team is to work with. From the moment I called them, they were so helpful, understanding, and quick to calm me down in my time of frustration. They made me feel comfortable and it made for the best first impression. Now, let me describe the situation I was in. I drive a Dodge Charger (great car, by the way) and have had issues with my car key fob. It locks and unlocks, but the trunk button hasn’t worked for a few months. I’ve been reluctant to get it fixed, but that’s not what caused me to call Gulfside. On this particular day, I was driving to the store and just got done parking. I went to take the key out of the ignition, but it got stuck and I couldn’t get it out -- that’s when I called Gulfside. I explained to them my situation and said they were getting ready to send someone out to take a look. They asked if I was having any other issues with the key and I brought up the key fob issue. They told me they would have someone out within the hour and told me they would take a look at both issues. When they got to my vehicle, it didn’t take them long to figure out the issue with the ignition. They got my key out and fixed it so it wouldn’t happen again. They also brought me a car remote replacement and got it programmed right away. Within what seemed like minutes, I was well on my way into the store. I can’t even begin to describe how impressed I was with the service and am thankful I called Gulfside Locksmith. It was a wonderful experience, despite the frustration I had at the beginning. I would recommend this lock smith to anyone in need!!! Thanks!!
